Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the eyewear in its original protective case and box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and cleaning cloths are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master technicians verify the condition of the returned frames, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
